Coach Atkins has worked with both running backs and inside slot receivers. Coach Atkins playing career started at Butte College (WR) and then concluded at Chico State University where he played for Coach Gary Houser, retired Shasta College Athletic director. Ray is very passionate and a tireless recruiter.
