Coach Haylee Ward joined Shasta College's Women's Soccer Team as Head Coach beginning Fall 2024. She is excited to continue her coaching career as the new head coach for women’s soccer. Going into year 2 with the program, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue growing the program.

Haylee was a 4-year collegiate athlete, starting her career at Centralia College in the state of Washington and finished her final two years at Simpson University. She also competed at the semi-professional level for two years with Oly Town FC in her hometown of Olympia, Washington, and recently competed in Chico with North State CDA. 

Haylee’s coaching experiences started with volunteer work at both the high school level and youth club competition in Washington. She continued to pursue coaching in Redding and for the last 3 years she has also been a coach for University Preparatory school.

As she continues with this program, Haylee aims to create an energetic, empowering, and developmental atmosphere for the players she has the privilege to coach.
