LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Shasta College women's soccer team lost to Lake Tahoe College 15-0 on Tuesday to stay winless on the season.

The Knights surrendered five goals in a 12-minute span in the first half and trailed 6-0 at intermission. In the second half, Shasta allowed five goals in another 12-minute span, starting in the 52nd minute. Lake Tahoe tacked on two goals in the final three minutes of the match.

Shasta was outshot 25-2 on goal in the contest with Reagan Mello and Serena Elwood each taking a shot.

Lake Tahoe's Skylar Blaise scored four goals and had two assists while Alyssa Grundy had a hat trick.

Shasta goalkeeper Natalie Stockham had 12 saves on 27 opportunities.

The Knights fall to 0-3-2 in Golden Valley Conference play and play at Redwoods Tuesday before coming home on Friday to host Feather River.
