Beth is a native Southern Californian; a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Physical Education and a teaching degree. After moving to the North State Beth began coaching swimming at Foothill High School and then with the Redding Swim Team where she is currently the Age Group Coach. Coach Heibel's main focus for the Knights is recruiting and basic instruction.
