Cole Parker, from Corning, California, joins the Knights coaching staff where he will serve as the defensive line coach. Coach Parker is a Shasta College football alum. At Shasta College, he earned NorCal Conference MVP and All-American honors. Continuing his success at Kansas Wesleyan University, Parker was named an All-American and received the Male Athlete of the Year award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kansas Wesleyan and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree while building on his achievements in both academics and athletics.
