Assistant Coach Crystal Hilton grew up in the North state and competed as a multi-sport athlete at Central Valley High School. Her love for gymnastics motivated her to try diving at Shasta College. During her tenure at Shasta College, she broke all of the diving records for the 1 and 3 meter boards, qualified for State and qualified for All-American honors. She still holds two Shasta College diving records.Crystal went on to the University of LaVerne and qualified for NCAA Division III Diving Nationals. Upon graduation she coached diving atthe University of La Verne and Bonita High School for two years. Crystal is excited to have the opportunity to be building a quality diving program at Shasta College. Crystal is also an instructor teaching Communication courses.
