REDDING, Calif. – Shasta's beach volleyball team picked up its third win of the season when it went on the road to beat Simpson University 3-2.

The Knights earned victories in the second, third and fourth matchups.

Emmarae Westphal and Jacie Clavelle defeated McMurray/Seitz 23-21, 21-13 at No. 2 pairs, Brooke Vaughan and Emma Mangini defeated Mann/McKenzie, and Hannah Martins and Adyson Wright beat Napoleon/Wybenga.

Simpson picked up wins at No. 1 pairs when Emerie Brown and Shawnee Church lost to Graham and Kannuller 23-21, 21-19, and at No. 5 pairs by forfeit.
