REDDING, Calif. – Shasta College's women's soccer team shut out Feather River College 2-0 on the road on Tuesday in Golden Valley Conference play.

The Knights scored one goal in each half. Sophia Triantafyllou centered a cross from outside the box to Abigail Moore, who tapped it in to finish for the goal in the 3rd minute of the match. Serena Elwood assisted Moore in the 76th minute on a through ball for insurance and the Knights held on to win.

Reagen Mello recorded six saves in the clean sheet.

Shasta hosts Sacramento City for a non-conference match on Wednesday in a makeup from their originally scheduled match on Aug. 29.
