Coach Radford is excited to continue his time with the Shasta College Lady Knights.  The 2016 campaign was Radford’s first year coaching at Shasta and he's excited to see what the 2021 season has in store. He enjoys supporting the Lady Knights as they develop their volleyball skills to compete in the Golden Valley Conference.  Coach Radford grew up in Long Beach, CA and began playing volleyball in 5^th grade, continuing through college at Hope International University.  While at HIU, Radford was a member of three NCCAA national title teams.  Coach Radford began coaching volleyball in 2005 and has coached at the junior high, high school, club, and collegiate levels.  Coach Radford is completing his master's degree in Organizational Leadership at the Concordia University of Chicago.
