Taking over as the Head Softball Coach beginning with the 2023 season, Eric Jones brings a diverse background to the program. Coach Jones has been coaching the Nor Cal Rage softball and baseball programs for the past six years and also served as the Head Coach for Liberty Christian High School for four years. As a student-athlete, Eric competed at the community college, NAIA, and Division I levels. Coach Jones holds a bachelor's degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Chico State, and a Master's Degree in Education from Simpson University. Coach Jones has worked for the County of Shasta for the past 15 years. In his free time Coach Jones enjoys taking his three children (Madison-Mae, Tyler, Trever) surfing behind their boat on the lake.
