Eric Jenkinson returns to the Knights football staff where he will continue to serve as the Defensive Line Coach (since 2018) and Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Coach Jenkinson brings 15 years of coaching experience to the Knight’s program.  As a player, Coach Jenkinson played defensive end for 4 years at Taylor University in Indiana where he graduated from in 1992. Upon graduation, he attended Indiana school of medicine and completed his residency in pediatrics in Grand Rapids, MI and fellowship in sports medicine at Central Indiana Orthopedics/Ball State in Muncie, IN. Coach Jenkinson currently works at Shasta Orthopedics in Redding, CA as a sports medicine physician. He is married to Heather and they have three children; Haley, Jacob and Abigail.
